Starting new discussions

HI Everyone. I am kind of new here on mylots, with starting discussions. I just started one on getting older. and here when I submitted it I seem someone had one posted like it already. I did not mean to start another one similar to it. Sould you first find out if someone has a discussion started already like the one you would want to start. I am just wondering about I do not want to be noted as a copy cat with other peoples discussuions. Thanks for all the responses.

hi dear it is good to have unique and new discussion but in a forum of this magnitude and diversity it may not be possible.the wordings may be different but the theme can not be different and therefore similar discussions will arise. there is no need to feel embarrased about it!!
