technology and language

remember the primitive ways of communicating? like sounds, carvings etc how do you think technology has impacted on language? we now have cell phones, internet, the press etc how have these impacted on language?

I think the technology in our world have a big impact on language, for sure it has more pluses than minuses.I agree that the internet, the press help to develop the communication!

Well, this is some question. I think technology does impact on how people communicate to each other, but I don't think that it has an impact on the language itself. It's not the language that matters, only the way of communication.
