Do you sometimes get bored sitting in front of the computer?

Hi, i'm a graphic designer that's why i must sitting infront of computer for 9 hours in a day. it's so boring for me. especially i don't have any jobs. and in my office only me the graphic designer and nobody in my office. have a small office and it's only for me. it's really boring. thank you. sometimes i do... getting bored with it... i just watch tv... hear some music or pay with my cellphone or read a book or a magazine...

hi :) sometimes :D especially if there's no net access lol :D.. but seriously when i ran out all the sites and checked all of them sometimes i get my eyes rested for an hour and go back again to the computer especially if my friends are not online and no one to chat with :D but it's just a minimal times :D surfing the net is very helpful, i love computer and net surfing whole day is not enough for me on browsing different sites and accounts i logged/signed in :D Godabless!0=)

Hello wondericequeen, Sometimes I do. I just feel nothing really interesting or can catch my eyes to read and so, I just take a break. Normally I will go and watch TV (just for a few minutes unless something is really nice to watch) or the most, I will eat something!

It happens from time to time. Usually we use computer to finish our homework. There was a period of time when we don't have much thing to do. Than we turn on the computer and don't know what to do. Generally if I am bored, I will try to watch some movies and TV series.

I used to be on my computer for hours and hours thinking nothing of it. Last August I moved in with my partner and now I have to share a computer with him. I know he'd let me use it any time I want, but since it's his computer I feel he's got first dibs. Also I now have more to do than I had before, so my computer time is shortened there also. When I get on the computer now I rarely get bored because I'm on it such a short period of time as compared to before and the information I need to either look up or write is important to me, so I try to do it as quickly as possible. There are times now that I even go to the public library to use their computers if this computer is in use. Eventually I will purchase another computer, but I don't think I'll spend as much time on it as I used to. More important things have taken over my life.

yes, I do get bored sitting in front of the computer alot. When that is what I do most days and have really hardly any adult to talk to. It gets boring pretty quickly.

I am sure you can. I haven't yet. That could be because I work from home. Without the computer I don't get paid. Or because I have 2 kids. One of which is only 9 weeks old. So I don't have alot of free time on the computer. lol changing diapers takes priority.

Most definitely I can get bored on the computer, but it takes a lot for that to happen to me. I have many different activities that I participate in that keep me from getting bored quickly. There are a variety of online games that I play, a couple different social networks that I frequent, and some internet marketing site that I visit. Even with all of that, though, I can get bored with sitting on the computer. When I don't want to be using the computer, then I usually get some reading done.

Hey there! Me too. Sometimes I get bored and can't even think of what I can do in front of the computer. I was think what would search for, should i log in to my facebook account or watch some videos on youtube. But, I can't think of what I will do once I'm logged in, what I will watch over at youtube. So I'll just play some music in my computer and start lifting some weights and shed sweat.

YESSSSSS...... i get a lot bored sittin in front of my pc.. no one of my frndz is online wid whom i can chat .. i m bored of playin those sily games.. And now i dun kno wht to do wid dis box..??? and when dis happens i usually get to my bed.. take my quiln on ma face nd sleep ... thts a lot bater then sittin in frnt of dis box..

hello,without computer I will get bored. Sitting in front of the computer,my time passed unconsciouly. I surf,chat,play gams,watch movieas,and most importantly,I need computer view some information as a engineer.So I never get boerd,if leaving computer,my life is terrible.....happy myLotting!

I dont get bored sitting in front of my computer, coz computer is the biggest part of my life.

When i get bored sitting in front of the computer... i end up going home earlier than usual... because if i don't... my head will hurt really bad... my eyes will feel sore... and i end up being cranky and annoyed at the very little things... just better for me to just stay away from the computer/laptop for the rest of the day...

I try to limit the time I spend on the computer if I'm not doing work that I'll be paid for. I get a stiff neck if I sit at the computer for too long. I do many other activities at home and try not to get carried away on the computer. Plus I do worry just a little about what long hours at the computer could be doing to my eyes.

Sometimes I wish I could get bored in front of the computer. I sit on the computer for hours every single day...I am a complete internet addcict. The only part of me that is bored from my computer use is my bum....my bum feels so sore when i have been sitting in the same position for hours that if it could talk it would shout..."I'm so bored, get me outta here", hehehe!

hello wondericequeen yes, i get bored sometimes sitting in front of the computer like that, and when that happens, i do get up and find something else to go do for awhile. clean house, wash clothes, take a bath, put on make-up, do the dishes, listen to music, spend time with my sons or cook dinner. i hate it when i do get bored from the computer like that thou, especially when i get bored here at Mylot. i still haven't finished the book that i am reading right now titled "Heart Sick". i am almost finished reading the book also, i have only around twenty to thirty pages left in the book to read. so let us hope that we do not get bored from the computer long at all. take care and have a beautiful day today!

yes.. i too get bored often sometimes. this is because, i always sit before computer in my office. on my free hours, i do mylot and work on other sites as well. i never had the habit of playing computer games. but finally if i am much bored and if i feel much stress and don't know what to do, i play any bike or car games. I practiced this habit very recently.. in my older days, i just switch off my monitor. Have a nice time!
