roudycash - is it a scam

I just wanna know that is roudycash turning out to be a scam site.I am trying to withdraw my money for last 1 week and everytime they are showing the message "the maximum payout for the day has been reached please try later".
Cant contact the admin,the supporting team.Had tried to register myself in the forum but they couldn't send me any activation link yet.So for those who are working with roudycash please be careful...

Even I tried to contact them the same hapening to me, I register to their forms
since 1 month, but they don't give any activation link.Now they started paying standard member but you need to request in forums.And I dnnt have activation in
forums so how will i get paid. I tried to contact to the board admin@roudycash.com.
still no respond.so i stopped using rodycash now i have some other paying sites they paid me on time.
