Hi myloters,what is the truth about this figure? or a puzzle……

Not long ago,i saw a picture in a forum,and i get puzzled about it .
The figure is absolutely rotating anticlockwise in my eyes, but someone are insisting that it is going round to round just clockwise.
I am confused what the truth is like? It is said the picture is a hardworking work by scientists.

its rotationg in both direction...after specified no of one direction it shifts to turn in the other direction....

It always changes for me. Sometimes it's clockwise and sometimes it's counterclockwise. If you stare towards the bottom of her legs and focus, you can sometimes change the direction, too :) I like looking at that picture... thanks for posting it :D
