What is the best way to deal with stress?

I am at University and I have a lot and a lot and a lot more work all the time, and I find it hard to really relax and take it easy. What is the best advice to become a more calm and cool less stressed kinda person? x

to analyze the situation n ask ourselves tht Y r we havin the stress
n then slowly n surely try to solve the reasons of the sterss
normally this workds for me

We cant avoid stress as its part of everyday life but we can learn to manage it. Stress management is a bit hard, though if done step by step you can find its just easy as 1 2 3. If you got a busy schedule, always make sure that you eat, drink, or do 1 of your favorite. Try to do it once a week, get in a long bath, light aromatherapy candles, or oils, get hot oil treatment and relax. Once in a while, indulge yourself to everything you want to do.
Dont be in a hurry for everything. Work can be done fast if your feeling good and healthy. remember stress can add wrinkles to your face, so avoid having one line everyday.
And ooops, stress can affect one's blood pressure too, so be healthy.

just try to deviate from the topic...talk with ur beloved ones...listen to music...go outside and take some fresh air...
try to relax...everything will come to normal...have a great day...rock on
