will you make up firstly if you have a quarrel with your friend

i know everyone has experience in quarrel with friend. there are below three situations: 1. you are right 2. your friend is right 3.both of you are not right so in which situation you will make up with your friend firstly and break up cold war?

If I know I'm wrong, I always try to to the moves to settle any differences with friends. If a friend did something wrong, I do not make amends but I just forget things and move on as if nothing happens. I mean, it's up to my friend to realize and admit his mistake but if he does not, I will not pester him about it. Usually, even without the first move, time tends to melt the coldness between friends.

I will say sorry if it is my mistake. If I think I did nothing wrong I will not make up firstly except it is my best friend.
