ok my lotters, i need some help on this one. i am a supervisor in housekeeping. i am at a loss trying to find some kind of checklist that details housekeeping so that i can evaluate my housekeepers on things they do in their rooms... i.e cleaning the bathroom, making beds, dusting, all the details. i was trying to find something that i could print out, so that i could keep track of their progress, or how they are doing in their rooms daily. so if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it!! thanks

I would go in and follow one of them around for a day to see what it is they do. Not to evaluate them but to get a good idea of what it is they do in each home and in each room. Then write it down as they go along, that way you will have your list right there written out for you. Then just make copies of it or type it out. Make sure to leave room for your notes in between each task you will be judging. Good luck to you.

I would make a list of what needs to be done and make a spreadsheet on Exel or Word. Then put it into the plastic sheets and cross it off after they are accomplished. Good luck.
