If you have not given birth yet, do you fear of doing it? How bad was it for those who have? Men, what are your views about birth giving... does it scare you? If you're a father, how did you deal with it when the mother was giving birth? I fear it from all the stories I've hear... fainting, vomiting, the pain, the labor, the screams, etc... but I definitely would want to experience it one day.

for me, its a mixture of nervousness and excitement maybe because im on my 30s when i gave birth to my 1st baby. i have 2kids now and i delivered them both via Csesarian Section. On my 2nd pregnancy, i suffered from typhoid fever 3weeks b4 my due so dont have a choice but by CS. so my advice to moms to be, take care of yourselves.goodluck.

I fear giving birth because of a whole lot of reasons. 1.)I am type 1 diabetic and if not well-taken care of, I could have a difficult & very risky pregnancy 2.) I have heard of so many stories about how painful it is to have labor contractions 3.)Raising kids is definitely not a piece of cake...and so on and so forth...
Yet, I am looking forward to having my own kid in the near future. I am looking forward to dealing with all the fears that I have. I know that the whole process of conceiving and giving birth is a miracle and I would love to experience that despite all the fears I have. I know that having a baby is a blessing from above and God will help me thru it. With my faith in the Lord and the love and support of my husband & family, I know someday, I will experience being a part of the miracle of life.

I am 6 months pregnant, and I am kinda nervous. Just because of what /may/ happen. I am not so scared of the pain so much. I hope I don't have to get a C section at the last second, that really scares me.
