Hey mylotters from USA, I have been writing my dissertation these days and I need to collect some data to support my point. My topic is "the effects of silence in Sino-US communication". If you are willing to, please share with me your opinions which would be use in my dissertation. Your help is highly appreciated. If you are American, would you allow silence in a conversation and why? If silence exist in a conversation, what would you think and why would you have that thought in your mind?
