Several days not on mylot.I am between jobs and facing interview.
I wonder how many people cheat on your cvs?Do you always tell the truth? When you find that somebody who cheated on his resume got a chance of interview while you yourself was rejected at the beginning because your social experience maybe seemed not as glories as his depite that what you told on resume were real, what is your feeling?
IS it unfair? Will you choose to exaggerate what you have done in order to draw people's attention? To what extent should us to keep the truth of our resume?
I also need some advise from you about self recommendation.

An employer will only ever act on the information you tell them. In my experience everyone tells lies on their CV.
Also at an interview, no one ever tells the truth at an interview, otherwise they would not get the job.
If an interviewer aasked you, "why do you want to work for this company"? You would not simply say because I have bills to pay.
Everyone one lies on job applications so don't worry.
