what you eat to lose weight?

i'm having my breakfast with oatmeal and fruits, then vegetables and fruits, in dinner just 1 cup of rice, fish sometimes beef with broccoli and fruits.. i dont really eat pork and chicken, just sometimes.. share your opinions about this friends.. thanks..

Hello cherriemae. I eat mostly vegetables than meat so far as my meals are concerned because I enjoy more of the vegetables than meat. I love to eat leafy vegetables a lot.

I don't particular eat less of anything to lose weight, I would eat smaller amount instead. And I would eat more fruits so as to make my digestive system better so the food could be digested nicely. And I would stop eating after 5pm each day to make sure food is totally digested before bed time. So far, my method works fine for me.

My friend will have the wedding next year and currently she is on the diet and so that she can take some nice wedding photos before it. I think I can share a lot of her diet recipes with you. She has an egg with milk every morning. And at noon she has a fruit with yogurt and that is all. I think she doesn't eat a lot at night and actually this is her first diet day:) Hopefully this will work for her.
