Do you always make sure you eat on time? Because of faulty eating habits such as over and undereating, not eating on time, skipping meals, too much soda-drinking when I was younger, and perhaps stress too, I developed gastritis which is probably a stomach ulcer now. How about you? Do you observe proper meal schedule?

No. I am never eat on time. Usually I get breakfast at 9.00 am. Mostly I never done it. I get lunch after 2.00 pm. While I get dinner at 7.00 pm. After I am reading your topics, I do think that it is better for me to eat on time, and avoid those. One thing that I am sure is, I drink soda often. Of course no one want to get sick. Nice topics, and information.

You should do away with colas and sodas as they are detrimental to our health.

For me, I am not really sure since I often eat when I am indeed hungry. Then again, there was a time wherein I was had too much attention on something else that meal times would often pass by. Right now, I really need to gain some weight since I have been underweight since I was in high school (^_^") Whenever I'm hungry, I make an effort to eat and still do some morning exercises to keep my body in shape (^_^ )

A lot of people I know already suffer this at such an early age and that's due to very faulty diet. So sad, huh?

I eat when I'm hungry. Sometimes that's twice a day, sometimes three times. I try to always eat three times a day, but sometimes it gets busy around here and I don't have enough time. So, I guess I don't really have a proper meal schedule.

Although I hat not eating on time, I can not eat on time sometimes. I need to work overtime to finish some tasks though not often. In this case, I will finish the task first, then go to eat. I understand this way is really bad to my health. However, I just can not put the task away to have sth to eat. I feel comfortable to eat until I finish my work. When I am in the university, it is a best time phase for me since I can eat on time then. :)

No I don't eat regular. I work 2pm until 11:30 pm and breaks are hit and miss and never any break long enough to actually eat a meal. I do eat a meal before going in to work but there is almost never enough time to eat while I'm there.... maybe a few chips or half of sandwhich. I try to eat when I get home but by then...it is a bit late. I don't drink soda and I try to make what I am able to eat be somewhat healthy but that doesn't always happen. Luckily, I have had no serious health problems because of this. Haven't been sick in years...knock on wood.

In most cases, I eat on time. Though I never really eat breakfast, since I am used to it. I only eat lunch and dinner. There are times that I am not able to eat on time when I am doing some work... I do hope that it will not create a problem for me.

This is a very nice question. Most people including myself don't really follow the right time for eating. I do try to really eat on time but to no avail, most of the time late and sometimes none at all. And we have so many reasons for this. As a result we end up having hyperacidity.

Hyperacidity is really quite a hassle. So no, I try not to wait until my stomach growls before I eat anything. I try to establish a proper eating schedule. Thanks.

hello theresaaiza my family and myself do not have a certain time of the evening that we all sit down and eat at like that. but we always have dinner every night thou. sometimes we will eat dinner at five o'clock p.m., and other nights of the week it isn't until around seven o'clock p.m. before that we eat. lol it just depends on what that we have going on for the afternoon that depends on when that we all get to eat dinner. i am not a breakfast person, lots of times the boys will eat breakfast at school or either eat cereal or something here at home before that they go to school. then lunch time is anywhere from eleven to twelve o'clock. lol i usually have a sandwich and some chips or a bowl of cereal for my daily lunches. sometimes i will have noodles or something like that. then once in a blue moon i will go out to eat either lunch or dinner, and when i do, i over stuff myself. lol but all of us around here enjoy eating! take care and have a beautiful evening.

Again "when i was transfered to Manila", my lifestyle has been changed from better to worse, eating on time here means eating anytime you want. As for my case, it's eating anytime i can. People here seems too lazy to prepare food. The food sucks too! So to make up for it, i make sure i eat plenty just in case there's nothing for dinner. Sometimes i would hide food (...like my cousins do) to break the hunger.

I always eat on time. Without anyone food in a day, i will feel hungry much, cause my stomach doesn't endure. When i was young as a student, i often eat whenever i can or regardless of the cold or hot of the foods. But later, i feel stomach sore, so i know i couldn't eat like this. I suggest you that must change your miseating habit, on time eating is good for your health.

No, I'm not following the usual time to eat. I eat when I am hungry. Most of the time I am home so, I eat only when I am hungry. I often end up, having Brunch.. breakfast and lunch all together. I sometimes eat at 4 or 3 pm when I am hungry. that's it...

That's what I do, my stomach is my clock. Sometimes though I still won't eat until after the hunger pangs have subsided which leads to a lot of stomach problems after.

It is commonly told that a proper meal schedule can improve health etc etc etc.But most of us today are so busy whether as a student or a employee or employer that it is really hard to maintain such a schedule. I basically eat when i am hungry since i don't have specific times. But i am careful while eating.I eat as much as natural foods and also eat light meals.Best way to maintain weight.

Our worst enemy really is eating beyond the scheduled time. My mom always scolded me about it but sometimes the demand of our jobs or school life sometimes got in the way to healthy living.

I have a very bad eating habit, much of cola-drinking when having meals. Since junior high school, I have been adicted to cola which makes me sober for a whole day. And I'm not a meat-eater, not meaning that I donnot eat meat, I just not like that. My mom always says that I'm too emotional. Totally no food for a sad day!!
