how to encourage a man to finish school?

I wanted my boyfriend finish his school. He has 1 more year in engineering course he's now 26 but he wont go back to school to finish it. I tried but he wont. How can i recommend him to my connections if his not college grad. I don't want to pressure him but I'm giving him deadline only for this 2009 he should be back to school but I observe he still won't. I can't just dump him for that reason...coz I love him for who he is. Please help me how....

Hi bohol_27! First of all I want to thank you for responding in one of my discussion
"Going Back in Time".
If I were you, you should bear to his heart and in his mind that education is the key
or necessity to gain success in this world. Now that we are experiencing the so called
global financial crisis, its hard to find job. Even the people who are finished the 4 year
courses are having hard time in looking work, what more for the undergraduate people.
Let him finished the 1 year remaining education to be able for him to obtain the material
thing/s that he want for his life.. Hope that we will hear a positive news from your
boyfriend soon..
