Is there a good I.T school here in the Philippines?

Do you guys know some schools? I hope they aren't really expensive to study in too.
Well... any good suggestions? A friend of mine is having problems what school to go to because his interests are computers...mainly programming.
What do you guys think?

You should go to school here in Cebu, the country's silicon valley. We have lots of good IT schools you can choose from which you can consider your budget. You'll also have the advantage of not going too far in finding a job as we have lots of IT companies here very much in need of IT professionals.
But the bottomline is, what really matters is your dedication to your studies in order to fully take advantage what your school is teaching you. Cheers kababayan, happy mylotting.

But, the problem is I live in NCR. It's going to be hard for me to study there. But it is interesting though.. thank you for your response!

STI and AMA college is popular IT schools here in the Philippines... you can try inquiring at Informatics also. But AMA is more expensive than STI...

STI and AMA are off my list though.. because a lot of people are saying that they are bad schools.. merely a waste of money they say.
But I did here about informatics...are they good in Computer Science?

I'd be bias on my answer.. It's got to be STI.. I'm currently studying there now.. and i can really assure of the school's high standards..

hi Jamborieman. . . as i know the only school that there is a good I.T. school in the Philippines is the S.T.I. because this institute is more on computer technology especially if your course is all about computer. Like the B.S. Computer. . . well my cousin was already graduated in that course and he get the BEST THESIS award in their school. . . Well that's all my response! ! !
