Did anytime you have done a window shopping?

hi achinthya,sometimes i do window shopping when i want get details about the product or when i am running short of money like that i do window shopping.

i love to window shop but i restrain myself from actually buying unnecessary things because of crisis and specially now that we are expecting a new baby, we really have to save up.

My wife and I do window shopping occasionally. We can make a trip to the shopping malls in town at the weekend, spend an afternoon browsing the shops and eating our meals without actually buying anything by the end of the trip. That has nothing to do with tight budgets or lack of money. We don't always have things to buy, but it is quite nice and fun to walk the shops at the weekends because of the crowds, bargains and atmosphere. It is usually also at the weekends where the buskers and other kinds of street entertainment come alive, and the shopping malls are happening places. So window shopping can be fun pursuits. For people living in big countries where the malls are many miles away from home, they will probably need to buy lots of things on their shopping trips. For us, the malls are less than half an hour away by car, so we can easily make trips to the shops, so it is not necessary that we have to buy anything each time we go out shopping.

Hi achinthya, Usually, I am not doing window shopping. My hubby is always in a hurry and asking me to buy those which is necessary and don’t waste time if you don’t want to purchase it. Actually it is difficult to manage kids while shopping that is why he is instructing me like this. If am going for a shopping with friends we prefer to do window shopping. But very rarely I am going with friends.

HI, I do window shopping all the time. There are stores that have such beautiful things that I can't bring myself to buy. I went into nordstrom the the end of last year and there was this beautiful coat that I just wanted to soo bad. It was a redish/burgandy color. And it had a belt and it was button down. I was interested in a coat that color to begin with but it was absolutely the best jacekt I have ever seen. Then I looked at the tag. It was $700.00. I This is a paycheck after two weeks of labor. I walked away from the jacket. Even after clearance price I still couldn't afford it. What shocked me is I went back 1 week later to see the jacket and they only had a few pieces left. I guess to some that is quite affordable. There is many examples of that but I think even if I had the money I couldn't bring myself to pay that much for a jacket that I will only wear few times. I like to match my jackets with whatever I am wearing that day, and I don't have that much to match that jacket. But also, for that price, I would think I would barely wear it because I would be afraid to ruin it.
