Pls help translate to English

To all Pinoys out there.
I haven't been here long that is why I don't know if this has been asked here or not, I'd like to know how to translate the following question to English--"Pang-ilang President si PGMA?"
I have asked English teachers and coaches but no one has given me a satisfactory translation of that phrase yet. I know there are a lot of good English writers here in myLot. Please help me out.

I think the translation would be, "In what place is PGMA in the line or order of Philippine Presidents?"

Hi, i think that's really familiar because here in our street we always encounter that kind of question. But i think this is the answer " gloria arroyo is the uptenth president of the Philippines. Well i wish my answer is correct. Anyway like you my teacher also very confused tagalog sentence to English. By the way regarding to our President Mrs. Arroyo Macapagal, i think she got a lower chance to be the next president if ever she will run for this coming election 2010. And by the way, i think the one who's have a very big chance to be the next president will be senator chiz escudero. For me that man really have the streanght to rule our nation and as i know he got enough experience to rise our economy to the top and i guess many Filipino will vote that man, senator chiz escudero, and by the way last, i think if he will be the President the corruption in politics will be lessen and those politician will be kick in their position if they have caught in the act. Haha, that took me a long time thinking about how to translate it, I guess it isn't an awkward-sounding translation anymore, hehe. Cheers mga kababayan!!!
