Please teach me how to do screen shot

I'd like to include screen shots in my post here but I don't know how to do it. Anyone can advice me step by step how to make screen shots? Do I have to have software to download or is it built in my keyboard? I also would like to know what the limits or if there's softwares involved or sites that I can get the software.

Hi there Grace!
If you just want a screenshot of your screen, like a still photo, all you have to do is press print screen, open paint and paste. It is pretty simple if that's what you just want to take a screenshot off. I am just not sure about videos.

i will give you step by step procedure , here are the steps to take a screen shot
open the site which you need to take a screen shot
then find the key "printscreen" or "prtscn" on the keyboard and press it once
then open the paint program
then use "ctrl+V" to paste the image on the paint program

Hello
if you want to take a screenshot of the current screen on your computer or laptop so their is a key on keyboard thats on the right hand side on key board.named as PrtScr(Print Screen) and hen paste on any of the word document or any other.
if you find some of the new technique please tell me
