Well folks. I've been pondering this idea for a long long time. And i'm sure at one point many Americans like my self saw this as a inevitable. but i'm not sure there is an american willing to be president and be willing to embark on a war with Iran. Whether we would achieve the goals of ending their nuclear ambitions; yes i believe so. But i have many questions that I don't know how to answer myself so i'm hoping you guys could give me your ideas. I have a few questions for you all to ponder and reply to:
-Could the united states end the nuclear program in Iran with a war?
-How about with diplomacy?
-Is Iran telling the truth about wanting just "civil nuclear power" for the people?
-Will the U.S. ever bring stability to the middle east, or is that not up to us?
Just a few questions...hope people can engage and weigh their opinions. In case anyones wondering...i'm not a war-mongering republican, i'm democrat, vote democrat, and will always vote democrat. and i think bush has tarnished the republican party, as well as the rest of his administration. as to the above questions i posed, well, i do not think the united states can do anything about a nuclear iran except war. and i believe iran is aiming to end Israel's existence. And i believe the U.S. will never bring stability, not until the son of god returns to earth.

hi, i read through your discussion, but sorry i can't help answer those questions. the conflict between America and your country is hard to evaluate by me because i'm an outsider and i know little about politics. It's the government and few policy makers' will that exert on the public. I may not solve your problems but i can be your first responder. good luck.
