Well I am going fishing today

Today I will be leaving early in the morning to go out on a friends boat and go fishing. It's pretty chilly out today but it will warm up later in the day. Right now it's only 30 degrees but by the time we are out there it should be in the 60s. When I come back if I caught anything I will show you a picture of the fish I caught. Wish me luck!

We had a great time and ended up spending the whole day there we just got home. At first it was very cold out but then it warmed up to about 70 degrees. We ended up catching 5 Stripped Bass. Freshwater type since we where on a lake. I attached picture below.

hello moneymommy
i hope that you enjoy yourself while that you are fishing with one of your friend's like that on a fishing boat. and it sounds like we both are having about the same kind of weather outside as well, it is probably around thirty degrees outside here right now, but i think that our high for the day today is supposed to be just in the forties for the day. my hubby takes both boys fishing several different times when the warm weather hits. they both love going fishing. and yes, catch that big fish, get it's picture and be sure to post it around here at Mylot to show everybody. it has been years since that i have been fishing myself. i guess that the last time that i went fishing was night fishing with my brother-in-law and my sister-in-law. have fun today!

Is it 30 degrees celcius?If that is the temp. how can it be chilly.As I understand weather a cold weather is somewhere below 20 degrees celcius as would be borne out by temperatures prevailing in Europe and hilly areas of south Asia(particularly in the Himalayan region) as also the windy and chilly weather in Tasmania and Newzealand.But all the good luck to you on your fishing expedition and a successful one at that.And do flash a photograph of your catch for all of us to share your happiness.

No, in the united states, they use the Fahrenheit system and not celsius. I wish we still did in Canada as thats what I was brought up on also til they changed it. 30F is just below freezing so equivalent to approximately -1c.

The fishing trip was a lot of fun. We caught 5 stripped bass. I have the picture under antiqueladys post.
