Go to www.paypal.com home page and follow step-by-step guide about making a new account. You will need an active e-mail address and credit card from which paypal.com will take little cash to check your card's validity. Once your card will be charged you will be an active paypal.com user. Don't be afraid of loosing the money paypal.com takes for checking your account. It will be sent back to your paypal.com account after few days. If you have any further question, don't hesitate to ask paypal.com administrators for a help, they are always helpful and responsive.

just go to paypal website and sign up....give all the correct information especially your name just as the name in your bank account. you dont need anything to signup...its free,no need for debit/credit card or bank account.(only to receive money into your bank account you have to link a bank account) once you get money into your account...you can transfer it to your bank account by linking the bank account you want. its easy. if you have any problem you can PM me.
