Do you write on Today.com? I found this site and it looks like it could be interesting. It's a blog site where you write on the topics you want and earn money through revenue sharing. I was just wondering, before I sign up, if anyone has any experience with the site, and what you think of it. Is it worth it? How are the earnings? How does it compare to sites like AC and Helium? I am already on both of those. Should I just stick with them, or give Today.com a try? Any thoughts or comments appreciated.

Hi SC!
Can't say I have ever heard of this site but I will certainly check it out. I just hope it is not one of those ones that only pays Americans. I wanted to write for AC but they apparently won't pay us poor little Aussies.
I think that Helium is a great site to write at though. Especially if you are able to regularly write well. Unfortunately though I can't remember the last time I submitted an article there :(
Best of luck with it all

That's too bad about AC. I think they do pay performance payments to international members, but it would not be worth it as much to give up the upfront payments.
I don't know about Today.com. I didn't read through everything thoroughly yet.
I agree about Helium. It is a great site, but I just haven't been writing regularly. That's why I was considering Today.com. Maybe with something new, it'll kick start my motivation.

I use today.com, there are a legitimate site that paid me twice. However, for reasons they didn't explain, at all, they decided to demote me to being paid instead of $1 per blog entry, $2 for every 1,000 visitors. So just be forewarned that their business practices may not be the most honorable.

That's good to know. How long ago was that? I wonder because I didn't see anything about getting paid per post, so I wonder if it was an across the board change. The only thing I saw was revenue sharing. Still, it would be nice if they would tell you why and give some notice.

I haven't heard of this site either, but I guess it's worth checking out. I am not sure about them, however, after reading one poster's comment that they changed the way they decided to pay them...that is a warning signal to me. I guess it goes with the old saying, "nothing ventured, nothing gained."
I just hate to waste my energy, however. I have been on sites in the past that have closed and ended up losing money (ie, the time I put into the site). With writing, it can be quite a time commitment, so I like to be reasonably sure that I will make something from my effort.
Good luck with your writing...and getting paid!

I agree, that change is a bit of a red flag. But it may still be worth a try, just to see how it goes. I can always change my mind and stop writing there if I don't like it. I may go ahead and just tread carefully.

That's pretty interesting. I will be checking that site if it will work well for me. I will be updating myself about how this site works from other mylotters who are members of this site. Thanks for posting this discussion.

I have not heard of this site. It certainly does sound interesting though. I would be interested in finding out more about it as well. I will be looking forward to the answers you get here. I want to learn more about it as well. If you do join make sure to post something about your experience here.

I'm still undecided. I don't like how a lot of the information about their policies is not on the site. Apparently you have to sign up to read more? Not sure, but I don't feel good about it.
