I've had that happen and you do really have to use caution after such an event. You do not want to cause permanent damage because of a rigorous workout. I was curious if you have ever been pregnant? It can effect the way that your ab muscles handle exercise. It is especially important not to split the two sections of abs by too much rigorous exercise of that area. I know that I did that once, too. Too many situps too soon after a pregnancy for me... it was a long road of careful ab exercises to repair the damage I had done trying to exercise too soon and too much. As a result, I took a bit longer to get my prepregnant physique back. Injuries of that nature (post-pregnant or not) can deal a real blow to your physical workout efforts.

Hi del,
When I joined an aerobics class before, I experienced that every first week of the session. I will be having a hard time standing or moving normally..But, in the long run, my muscle will get used to it!
