Can you tell me how earning can be calculated in mylot?

I was unable to understand the concept behind earning in mylot. Whether it is based on the responses that i do in each discusssion's or the number of response that i receive for my new discussion that i kept in one off my interest.?
And how abt referral's part in earning..pls tell me clearly regarding this..

It should answer all your questions but basically, earnings are calculated base on the quality of your responses and posted discussions. Your respond should be relevant and make sense to the discussion topic and when you post a discussion, should be something that would be interesting. To make the long story short, it's all in the quality. Also, some of your activities here counts like uploading photos that are not copyrighted. Check out FAQ, it's all in there.
