hello i would like to know your thoughts about vitamins and do you take them daily and if so which ones do you take and for what health reason.

With me being on the run all the time being in the medical field I take vitamins and supplements daily. After just starting this program three years ago, I have eliminated my seasonal allergies, have more energy, increased my metabolism, lost 25lbs, leveraged my cholesterol and blood sugar levels to normal, got rid of stress and anxiety, and over all just feel GREAT !!! Also since I am 40 I just had a physical and all the results came back terrific!! It's a phenomenal feeling knowing where I came from being miserable, sick most of the time, slightly overweight, lazy, unmotivated and overall just unhealthy. Yes I do take vitamins daily as they help me . They give me an extra boost of energy and also keep me healthy away from flu, coughs and colds. I take Nutrilite Bio C plus, Nutrilite B Complex, Nutrilite iron folic, Nutrilite calmag (calcium and magnesium) and Kordel's evening primrose oil. When I sense the symptom of a cold or I am down with fever, I just take the bio c plus 1000mg four hourly with plenty of water with plenty of sleep and rest. And I am well the next day. But of course apart from these vitamins we also have to eat properly a balance diet.
