hmmm good question...nope who are we to play God? the one who gives life is God and the only one who has the right to take life is God...even if someone already took many lives let him stay in jail because no one has the right to judge but God and no one has a right to punish but God so let them sit and jail and they will get theres in the end when they are judged by God.

Yes. I belive in capital punishment. This works as deterrent. if the law is followed rigoursely then it is benefcial to everybody. I don't understand why the countries bent on abolishing capital punishment. What treatment you want to give to terrorists. Should they serve life impriosnment and one day the terrorist held hostage innocent citizens for realease of their leader. The finest way is shoot them at site or at fake encounters.
