referrals on traffic swarming ??

Have you heard of this site, traffic swarming to promote your site and to get referrals from?? I read it in a file on ways to find referrals, I looked it up and there seems to be good and bad things about it... as always, so I thought I would bring it up here as I trust what I hear from people here...
if you dont like this site, what way do you promote, or what is your best way to get referrals?

Most traffic exchanges I have heard of and tried swap you hits for surfing. Some are better than others. The one I use gives me 2 hits per 3 surfed (plus bonuses if you do more per day than 100, 250 etc). I don't know that the quality of hits is great on these exchanges, basically others are surfing like you to get free traffic to their sites or blogs. If anyone knows of a great site for getting quality hits, please feel free to pm me

ok, well thanks for the information as I have never heard of these before yesterday.
I am considering making an account there but as I am not sure what it is all about, I will do more research on it... thanks for responding.

Traffic Swarm is similar to many other Traffic Exchanges, and i have used it for a while, however, i got not gotten any results from it. Look on my profile, there is Traffic Era, i have gotten results from that one however. I have gotten about 7 referrals in the past 2 months.

thanks, I will check it out as I am new to the whole making money thing and now with referrals and everything, today is the first day I heard of the "traffic" thing..so I will look at the one you have and see if it will work out for me too...thanks!!
