I do not live by any pretty ones on the highways. There is one off the road a little ways from here, but I am not sure how to get to it exactly. It looks pretty picturesque. I will have to see your bridge after I am out of e mail.

The highway bridge is about a quarter mile away. Nothing pretty though.

I live across the river from a small town in south central Florida and we have a very large bridge that spans the river in order to accomodate the boat traffic going in and out of Lake Okeechobee. This shot was taken from the dock on the town's side of the bridge. We live on the other side.

I have 3 bridges within 2 minutes of my house. 2 cross over the river into the next state and 1 is a railroad bridge. The railroad bridge is about 4 houses down from me. I do not have any pictures of them right now to share though.

Shanghai has the Huangpu River passing through, so we have several bridges at intervals. My apartment is facing not far two bridges, Nanpu and Lupu, with busy traffic all day long. Nanpu is special for its circled lead ways designed in attempt to use less land in crowded residental area. Lupu is a the latest one built on the river. And more are planned and to be built.
Other than the bridges, we have several tunnels underneath the river, and subways are also available for convenient transportation.

We have bridges everywhere. I can't leave my house and go anywhere without having to cross several. Just to get to the closest town to me I have to cross two of them. We even have a bike tour route here of historic covered bridges.
