What is the dumbest thing you have ever heard and/or seen?

What is the dumbest thing you have ever heard? For me, it has been a few things. People say some stupid things when they do not mean to or they do mean to. I figure they usually do not give enough thought and just sometimes spill things out. We have all done it. One of the main things I do not get is when people that are driving do all of this at the same time: talk on their cell phone, smoke, eat, and read. Yes I have seen this! They have nearly caused accidents with this behavior. It drives me crazy. What about the rest of you?
