Is Alertpay A Scam?

When i go and visit several PTC sites it often has alertpay as a standard payout.
I am very insecure on this alertpay, i was also very insecure about paypal.
But it's proven that they have very good quality and they use a lot of money preventing hacks & cheats. So i believe paypal is good enough, but alertpay?

not sure.. I have money in my alertpay which they are not letting me transfer it to my bank account.. so i thought of asking check and they say minimum payout for check is 20$. they are asking some BIC code of the bank which my husband doesn't want to give...But they say that they will resolve everything by the end of february.. i will have to see.

Ok. But if you want checks and not a transfer to your bank account, it will make it difficult.
