Our Justice System

In the US and Canada are we spending to much time looking for corrupt Police and not looking higher up the Justice system for corrupt Judges, and Politician. In the news I hear to many Judges giving bail to high level offender, and light sentences for serious crimes. It seems in some of these cases one Judge is behind it and I question who polices the judges and the courts and weed out the corrupt jugdes?? Or is our justice system pure and simply just faulty??

I don't think that is just in the US and Canada, I think it is in most countries, I have always said corruption start at the top but it is just the lackies at the bottom that get caught....
