Ways to shake off bad feelings

Could you please add some tips to shake off bad feelings? Here are what i have thought of, - Change for a new hairstyle, put on clothing you like, to show a better yourself, - Spray some of your favorable cosmetics, or liquid, - Get out to have sunshine, - Use stuffed toys to relieve yourself by beating, etc.

If you feel bad then look your best. Aside from that, do something worthwhile. It will help you realize back your worth. You are great and exceptional! Goodbye negative feelings!

Whenever i'm feeling down, i would just find a quiet place, sit down and listen to some light music. That makes me look into my soul and soon i would cheer up again. And additionally, jogging i think is the best and fastest way to shake off your bad feeling. I always use this method when i feel much pressure. and it really works!

get rid of the person you dislike even for one hour..or good if one day...or you can go shopping or have a date with your friends...or if not..i just count one up to ten to shake off my bad feelings...and i think this is enough, i dont want to take care of my bad feelings this will just create a long bad feelings and as you see this is very unhealthy attitude

Fresh cut flowers in the house and music always seem to lift my mood. I also keep a journal of "firsts." ie. The first time this year that I saw a robin in my yard. Because I'm looking for them, I always experience something new each day. I also write a list of things that I'm grateful for every morning and every evening. Sometimes it's something as simple as having a warm bed to sleep in. There are so many people who do not have something even that basic. A couple of years ago, I defined all of the things that I am passionate about. In my case, those things are writing, travel, gardening, the beach and reading. My to do list every day incorporates something from each of those categories. Try it and see how your mood lifts when you lose yourself in something that you love. Best of luck to you.

Thanks for the addition. The Firsts is new to me, I will try too. We are lucky enough, so comparison with the inferior in living conditions is also a way.

Fresh flowers in the house always seem to lift my mood and music does it as well. I like to do a couple of things every day to keep myself in a good mood. The first thing that I do is keep a journal of my "firsts" every day. ie. 1st time this year that I saw a robin in my yard etc. A year ago, I created a list of all of the things that I am really passionate about. When I am down I will do this: Going out alone,sometimes listening music with my earphone,sometimes just look at things along the street! Stay in my room,I would buy a lot of snacks,sometimes I will buy the one that I have been misses most,and then enjoy myself in my room! It helps me a lot!

But how would you mold yourself internally. For this one must have strong will and pleasure. You must think postive - be an optimist! Change your negative thoughts into harmonious thought. Meditate - it really helps a lot..or do yoga.. You may also pamper yourself just to boost your confidence in youself. You must learn to control your emotions, do something else that would distract your negative thoughts such as doing something that you enjoy like dancing, reading, playing badminton. Take a deep breath and enjoy life!
