Now global economy is so bad,as a graduated student ,finding a good job is so difficult.last year,i am so lucky for i found a good job in Lenovo groop,which a large company made notebook.i am a engineer,and i am satisfied with it's salary,In 2008,global economy is not very good which influence our company .Our company in foreign country has cut staff over 2500s employees.Now i feel it's turn to our country.There are much rumor about cutting employ off.I am worried that i will be cut off,because i am still a freshener ,i haven't learnt more experience about work.In this company I feel i am a freshener all the time.
How can I improve myself so that I can't be cut off!
Worried,really worried.so that I can't work well!

Are you 21 years old?You are so young,and can go to work on lenovo!
I admire you.I'm a student of Second-rate university and not pass the CET-4 yet.
I thank you needn't worry becouse you are very good!
If they whent you go home,no matter you what to do and The results are the same.

i have joined a company in january 2009.
i am also fresher to any job work. but i have to learn much more to stay in market.
dear don't fear about any job.
& lenovo is very big group.you will have to give your full response.if you don't give your performance this will be -ve point for you
