Would Dream Theater's upcoming album be as good as its previous

Dream Theater has confirmed that they will be releasing their new record soon, do you think that it would surpassed Systematical Chaos success? would it sounds better than its previous records or just the same thing?? I honestly don't know but i do hope they can make a great one this year
