Can some body explain me about Payoneer debit card?It's can be used to verivied paypal account?

yes it can be used to verify your paypal. All you need is to have funds on it, about 2 dollars cause paypal will get it in the verification but than will refund it later.

Payoneer Debit Card is accepted by PayPal but i advice u to add your local bank issued credit card for backup becoz if PayPal request for a credit card statement then u will not able to provide one with Payonner.also Paypal did not accept soft copies of account statement. So u can use it but i think its not safe its just like you are buying vcc.
