Size 0 is way too skinny, I would be happy being a size 6, that's perfect.

I grew up size zero, and let me tell you what I know: Not everyone should try to be size zero. I'm short and small and made for muscle, so for me it works and looks nice. But if you're tall and have a different body type or were the kind of person who was supposed to be solid, then you should not try for it...since most people who do end up looking like stick-figures. In fact, if you didn't grow up to be one...then don't go for it. Go for YOUR ideal type...whatever that is, even if you don't know it. It's about getting a balanced diet and leading a balanced diet. You can't live without ANY fat or sugar, because your brain needs those things to function properly, for example. I grew up loving healthy foods...so I naturally don't like alot of processed or sugary things. Junk food, in other words, isn't a major part of my diet...and I regard them as "treats" I don't want all of the time. I tend to have to remember to have fried salty things, because of my low blood pressure...in other words, I NEED more junk than I normally get. I'm too healthy. GO FIGURE. It depends on your individual needs. If you're not very active, you need less fuel (food), if you're more active you need more, etc. Making meals out of raw ingredients usually helps greatly on the health quota.
