Just about 30 minutes ago, my earnings was $5.05 and now its $4.99
They deducted my earnings with $.06
I'm on the rush to post some response because I am not losing hope still, that I can get a payout this February, and then I was deducted with that.
Is there a way to know, what discussion they deleted thats why earnings are reduced? or things will be just that, deductions for unknown reasons?
how about you, have you experienced this?

In the FAQs it points out that all earnings are variable until the end of the month. Earnings can go down as well as up as discussions that are against the guidelines are deleted. If you create or respond to a discussion that gets deleted, the earnings are adjusted and you lose a few cents. If you always observe the rules and don't create or post to discussions that get deleted, you may often see your earnings increase by a few cents. This happens throughout the month but more especially towards the end of a month as admin prepare the payments.

No, they don't tell us specifically what has been deleted. You can often find out, however, by looking at 'My Activity' on your profile. That lists all the discussions you have created or responded to, including those which were later deleted.
If you get to know the Guidelines (off by heart, lol), you will soon get a feel for what is good and what is not. If a discussion is deleted, it will always be for a good reason and the best thing to do is not to worry overmuch and just get on with life!

I have noticed these types off patterns happening on and off for a long time now. Sometimes my earnings will go up a few cents and sometimes they'll go down..... All I can assume is that it's mylot admin making adjustments to the algortihms and updating everyone's tally's accordingly. And yes, this would definitely be affected by discussion deletions and things like that, but there's no way we can really know which discussions unless we were to go back through our activity records. That would take ages thoough!

Sometimes earning are reduced because a thread you participated was deleted. When this happens, everyone's earning from the thread is lost.
Most times, this happens and it wasn't because of something you've done, but maybe someone else posted a link to a site, or the thread became out of control.
MyLot is very good about paying everyone for what they've earned, but they do have a TOS and answers can often be found in the FAQs about why threads (and earnings) disappear. It happens to everyone at some point or another....my suggestion would be to try to stay out of threads where links to money-making sites have been posted... those sites are often deleted...along with your earnings.

I just deducted earnings are due to deleted posts.. Not many ple will know which are those deleted posts, unless one do keep a record or keep track on what post they have responded to..
Other than that, i dun think mylot will be deducting our earnings for no reason too.. I have experience the same thing before, and it was on the day of reaching my payout!! lol =D

Yes it does happen to me many times. I believe it is because there are discussions I participated in that got deleted. That is only my wild guess and not really sure. I don't really bother to search which of the discussions I participated in got deleted. But that is the only reason that comes to my mind whenever I see my earnings reduced by some cents. Anyway, cheer up my friend, just make up by posting more today.

Yes, I had it once after I submitted some prohibited discussions and did some arguing interaction with some of not really my considered friends...don't worry that's our life here on mylot...just be patient...cheers

I experience just right before one day.I lost about 0.4$. I am really unhappy to see this. I got a response from one of the members that our responses might have deleted or someone might have put a negative mark on our response as mentioned in Earnings FAQ.So i am again trying.Don't lose hope as you earned this much.
Best of luck.

In my case my friend,
I have read in my page profile that I have no activity in 60 days, why is that happening?

Near the ends of each month myLot does updates to points and earnings. SO a lot of members experience a jump or loss in their points and or earnings. I also have had a fluctuation recently. It's from discussions, respopnses, and or comments that have been deleted in which we are/were involved in is all. A staple of this site is all it is. I don't worry unless this happens early in the month. Otherwise I just accept it as a usual occurance here for most members. The thing is that when we lose points and or earnings we are never informed as to the reasons why this happened. But myLot life goes on.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~
