It is a new language and way of looking at eachother. It is cool. Ever watch that cable show Tatoo Inc or something. It is very nice and shows how artistic these things really are. I have seen some very nice ones.

I don't think it's an art. I don't see anything creative in it .
I think some of them can be pretty, like the belly button, ears maybe a small diamond in the nose or eye brow. it depends on the person its on also the size.
I don't know to some it could be called an art , because its a form of self expression ?

Art? No it is just kids trying to be cool or so they think. Art is a beauty, peircings all over like some do it just ugly. I don't think they are thinking of art when they decide to get a peircing they are probably just thinking I seen this on so and so and I want one now.

No I don't like peircings. Ears pierce is fine, but anything beyond that is just ugly.

I wouldn't say that piercing is an art at all. Some of it I have seen makes me sqirm a bit like when they put those big holes in their ears, I don't like that. I have my nose pierced and like to change the colour and type of the ring that I wear but I leave it at that.

For some it is an art and hobby to have lots of piercing to their body but for some it was scary and horrible to look at. For tribes, it was a sign of their bravery or status in their tribe. But for our tribe, it depends on the eye of the beholder. I have ear piercing but not just 1 pair, but 3 pairs and if I have the chance to have another piercing, I wanted it to be placed at my belly button. I find it attractive but I'm also scared that my father would kill me when I do that thing.

I don't find a person with studs and holes all over themselves very artistic at all. I don't generally like anything permanent done to change the body. The only piercing I like is on the ears and some go too far with that as well with earrings that go all the way to the top of the ear! I guess I'm just old fashioned but I hope my daughter doesn't come home with weird piercings any time soon!

I don't have the least interest in piercing. I don't even have my ears pierced. I am not interested in putting a hole in my body that I wasn't already born with. If others are going to do it, that's just fine, but I am not going to join in. I like my body in it's natural state.

I don't think piercing is art, I think when kids today have all theat pierscing all over their body is awful. Hugs.
