If you plan to study abroad, and without your parents' economic backup, that's totally impossible at the beginning because you need the bank confirmation to prove that your family have the capacity of supporting your study abroad. If you want to save money as possible, try Denmark and Finland, such countries charge no tuition at all or only a small amount of fee for books and study materials. you can apply yourself online , directly to the academies, you use the search engine to find their website and apply for the schools and wait your offer. this is the most economic way of going abroad as far as i know. one of my former workmates went to Denmark this way, she supports herself with low cost.
