Do you ever been faced?

Hi...
I faced to many problem on my computer.One year ago,i installed a programme after some days i removed this programme.But the control panel shows me that the programme is still in your computer.Then i asked to my mylot friends, who can i solve this problem.Then they suggest me to try ccleaner to remove this programme form control panel.Do you ever been faced any problem on your computer.

Yes, i met the same problem before. First, you can delete the file folder of the program. If that fails, you can restore you system of your computer. That are what i used before. Try it, if that can not be effective, I will seek other methods for you!

Yes i have faced same type of problem. Once i installed a antivirus in my system. Once i restarted it shows me instructions in chines and i am not at all having any knowladge of this langauge. Due to that i was not knowing how to move forward for changing the langauge and how to remove it. Last way was to format my PC. I did with never forgating memories of that antivirus which trouble me more than a virus.
