I love chicken noodles soup with celery in it,but i also like turkey soup when it's homemade.I'm not a big fan of anything that come in a can so i don't buy it,i'll get dry soup in a pouch and add some carrot and celery. What about you,do you make your own soup or just buy it?

That sounds like a good alternative to V8! :)

I'm not a fan of canned soups either. Mainly because they are all too salty to suit me. I make homemade soups a lot in the cold weather. Not so much in warmer weather though. My favorite is creamy potato soup. I like homemade chicken noodle soup with hamburgers. Now you've gone and made me hungry! LOL

I have tried making my own soup, but it always tastes boring. What I do now is to start of with a few vegetables - normally potatoes, carrots and peas, but sometimes other things, then I add some shop-bought soup. I'll grate some cheese over the top, and have it with some nice bread or a roll. It's a very quick nutritious, tasty meal.

I am not a huge fan of store bought soup but it sure does come in handy when your not feeling well and need something fast to keep you going. I like to make potato soup and chilli soup at home. I love my momma's homemade veggie soup but for some reason, I have yet to figure out how I can get mine to taste like hers.
