I was awarded as Crammer Queen when I was still in college. LOL! I only study til the last minute. That's the best time my mind works. Under pressure. Haha! Actually, if you postponed tasks, the stress of not having it done is building up until you've finish doing it. But then again, we just can't let go of old habits. ^_^

Congrats on the title.
It's the same here. Engineers have some principles:
-Love your bed, its your temple.
-Relax in the day, so that you can sleep at night
-Books are holy, so dont touch them
-Don't do something tomorrow, that you can do the day after tomorrow-If you feel like studying, sit down and wait until that feeling goes away
-Dont forget that studying is healthy, so leave it for the sick.
We too love the last minute studying. It's fast, saves time, and retains more.

Haha! I'm familiar with those philosophies! I can relate! Students can really distort good philosophies. LOL!

I am always in a hurry. I can hardly leave things undone while idling about. I want to clear up my desk as soon as I can. I do not like see people laying their assignment on desk, showing their being full loaded. I would rathre finish and get free.
But one lesson I learn is fast fulfilment could not sacrifice quality. No matter how quick you finish the job, nobody would excuse your careless mistakes. They would not mind how long it takes you to do the job, but complain about what they see in fault.

I did that quite often in term of study, i like to procrastinate my preparation of exam until last day so i have to burn midnight oil in order to get fully prepared for the examination the next day, it is such a bad habit for me to overcome.
lol!

I sometime do that still. And believe me, there are times that procrastination works for the best. A case in point is when I stalled submitting my project paper in my Social Science class. For some reason, I don't fell like submitting my project right after I finished it. A week passed by and I am still contemplating of editing some part of the project but never get to do the needed changes. Then a fire took place in the faculty room and the projects submitted earlier were burned to ashes. My schoolmates have to rewrite everything while I have my papers intact. But those are rare happenings. More often, my procrastination gets me into trouble.

That's some good luck!
I had always dreamed of a fire burning up my exam papers, lol, even if i had done them well, but it never happened.
Sometimes procrastination works really well. For my latest exam, i hadn't studied the full potions as i had waited for the last evening to even start studying. While those who studies everything had ignored the little details, i was able to do the paper well because what i had studies exactly came. This was really luck.
It does good at sometimes, and is terrible at other times.
Thanks for the share. Happy mylotting.

i do sometimes but not that often anymore. because i have learned a lot from the experience of procrastinating..its true that it is a killer of time and sometimes resulted to inefficiency. now, i believe that if we can do things now, then we should do it..its not only because it might be too late but also so we can have time to relax..

hello! I don't like to postpone things to be done today for tomorrow.Who knows whether tomorrow would come in my life as life itself is uncertain. So it is better to finish the job today itself.Don't postpone your studies for tomorrow, that is not good for you.thanx.

I go from one extreme to the other. Either I will do something weeks in advance, or I will wait until the last possible moment. Believe it or not, the more bothersome a task is, the quicker I want to do it and get it done. If it's something simple like making a doctor's apt, I'll put it off for several weeks. I don't know why I do that! As a matter of fact, my New Year's resolution was to stop procrastinating. I've improved a bit, but not enough.

Thanks for sharing. The first extreme is really good - doing things is advance eases tension and stress as well.
I should have made the resolution as well, however, i shall still keep trying - and stop being so lazy.
Thanks for responding & happy mylotting.
