some crops are able to put goodness back to the soil. farmers can improve soil by growing different kinds of crops after each other in the same fields. this is known as crop rotation. variations on the medieval three-field system have been used in europe for over 2000 years. in the three-field system, fields are divided into strips which are cultivated by different farmers.

yes, you are right by crop rotation we are preventing the attack of some insects also about three-field system I am coming to know now only anyway thanks for your information and posting...have a very Good night!!
