when is the last time you go for a picnic and where?

It has been ages since I've been on a picnic and I think we went to the beach. We always to to the beach for picnics. Cheers!!

I haven't been on a picnic in years. I believe in fact that the only picnic I've ever been on are the large scheduled group picnics for family work functions. It's so difficult to schedule a picnic nowadays. There's always problems with where you are actually allowed to be, and the parks around here are always dominated by teenagers who think they're tough so it's hard to create a family environment. This post has got me thinking though, maybe once the weather is nice we'll take the family for a picnic in the backyard perhaps.

It has been a while now. I have never had a picnic where I sat on a blanket.. But, this has always been a fantasy for me. I would love to go on a picnic with my family. Especially when it gets warmer. I do have a cooler that I bought. I will soon go on a picnin when I can get some free time..

Wow, until you asked I hadn't realized that it had been so long. The last time I went on a picnic was with the families of Marine Corp soldiers after they returned from their tour in Iraq back towards the beginning of the war. My son was one of those returning Marines. Now that I have thought about it, I think the next sunny weekend we have instead of just taking the grandkids to the park to play maybe we'll pack a picnic lunch to take with us.
