I would recommend Associated Content and Constant Content. I have written for both for over two years now and have made a decent amount of part-time money. The links are on my profile page, I think! AC publishes your submissions on their own site, and CC sells your work to third-party customers.
With AC you can submit for payment, or for free. They don't offer payment for all articles; it depends on the subject matter. But you do get page view bonus, even for the ones you publish for free. You have to live in the US to earn money with them, though. I'm not sure if that's true with CC.
With CC you can set your own selling price, but the site takes a 35% commission after the sale. You can also earn from your referrals, unlike AC. CC is very particular about spelling, grammar, and punctuation, but the earnings potential is greater for a good writer.
It costs nothing to join either site. Check them out!
