Do you know that fruits are very important for our health daily.How often do you eat fruits daily? Try to take fruits each time after eating foods. Below i had listed the nutritious contains of watermelon, papaya, orange and Grapefruit. 1)Watermelon: Loads of vitamin C and carotenoids, good amount of fiber, and low in calories. 2)Papaya: Loads of vitamin C and carotenoids, great source of potassium and fiber. 3)Orange: Great vitamin C and folate, and plenty of fiber if you eat the whole fruit and not just the juice. 4)Grapefruit (pink or red): Loads of vitamin C and carotenoids, good amount of fiber of the cholesterol lowering type, pectin, plus it contains phytochemicals such as flavonoids, terpenes, and limonoids.

I eat fruit every day, multiple times a day. I have been a vegan for some time now and one of the easiest transitions was replacing sugary sweets with fruit. One thing that really opened my eyes to how great fruit can be was living in central america during some volunteer work, fresh fruit every day! It was great!

Ohh I love, love, love fruit !! Living in Mexico I can buy many fresh fruits from the markets, and always have it on hand all year long . My favorites are probably juicy mangos and pineapple,juicy pears, nectarines , ohh too many to list , and I'm constantly eating fruits ! yummm !

I love fruits, an apple in the morning a banana before the lunch a fruit in the afternoon a fruit before the dinner a fruit in the evening fruit should not be eaten after the meals.

I love fruits. I eat fruits everyday because I believe that it will make me stay healthy and make my skin supple. I snack on nothing but fruits. I used to eat bread and pasta every snack but when I switch to fruits it made me lose some extra pounds. Philippines is a tropical country that is why there are a lot of available, delicious fruits here.

Yes I do agree that fruit Is healthy. And that they have vitamin c. I did not know about the carotenoids. But I do know of the good antixoidants in them. I many get my fruit through fruit juice though. I like grapes. I like peaches to. I also like necturines and tangerines. I also like mangos. I like banannas to. I also like guavas also. I also like strawberrys with chocolate on them. I do like watermelon but usuallly are watermelon does not have enough fruity flavor.

Hi silvermage2000 , thanks for the reply , since you like drink fruit juice, you should try making watermelon juice with a little of sugar in it, it is very tasty. So where you are from?

I used to eat fruits everyday but cut down recently because I don't eat lots of fruits in winter only in summer, I dont' know why.

I agree with you that fruits are very important for our health. I make sure that i take atleast one fruit daily. Most of the times, i have bananas as they are easily available everywhere and at all times. Bananas are rich in calcium. Other than bananas, i also eat other fruits like apple, guava, grapes etc.

Hi, I don't take fruits everyday but i take them several times a week. One apple or orange a day is the more common fruits that I take. I also like watermelon, rockmelon and etc. Its nice to take fruits as dessert. One of the dessert I like is rockmelon prepared with milk and sago.
