Whats your virew on the new $11.2 billion marine one helicopter fleet?

What do you think of the new 28 helicopter Marine One fleet in order for Obama? The helicopters even are supposed to have kitchens. Now i think $11.2 billions too much for some helicopters, not to mention 28 when only a few are needed. What do you think?
