Women are close to the 50% mark for composition in the American workforce. Apparently, many layoffs are affecting the male dominated industries....
Now although that might be bad, let's take a moment to reflect on Civil Rights and see how far we have truly come...
Maybe the ceiling is already broken...

I am a man so I can say at time's were bull headed..While people are loseing there job's we want rasises LOL
So while the woman can do the job at time's just as well if not better it doe's not hurt the woman to not ask for a raise the are use to low wage's for doing the same job and can do something kool THE HANDLE THERE MONEY WELL...when a man say's he has NO MONEY he has none when a WOMEN say's this she has at least 50.00 dollar'e she well not give up without a fight (unless these women have kid's the will do anything for them while the man CAN'T our won't pay child support)

Thanks for your presence hear, interestingly enough, only a man was interested in the topic....
Kind of sad.
Kind of refreshing. :)
I do agree though....when a man says he has no money, he has no money...when a woman says she has no money (at least in my case) there is always a savings or emergency fund that is left in reserve...lol
I think that is why my boyfriend likes giving me money...lol...it goes in my purse, and only comes out for bills.
