Hi everyone, hope you are all having a great day or evening :)
I have a question for everybody,
Im a college student and I have a class that is all lecture. Its a Western Civilization class. It is a true lecture class, he talks and we take notes. My question is how do I study for a class like that? I just have pages and pages of notes, do I just read those over and over or should I do something else?
Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks :)

I would go through my notes and highlight key points. Critical points he stresses, and repeats. I might even ask my instructor how he would suggest me to study.
Show him your notes, ask for some suggestion. Maybe there is another resource he could suggest for you to use.
Re-read until you understand, focus on definitions and vital dates. Good luck!

Re-reading your notes a couple times is one of the best ways to study.
For classes with a lot of memorization, one of the most important things to do while taking notes is to somehow make a notation when your Professor stresses a topic or concept as being important. That way, when you are going over your notes, you will know what sections to focus on.
Before an exam, I used to make study guides that really helped me. I would make a list of the main topics that I needed to learn about. Then I would just write all the facts I knew about each topic down to see what I already knew. This also helped me to figure out what to focus on while studying.
