Do you think that you will be getting power to learn in the unfamiliar environment?
You hasn't graduated. I think the most important thing right now is to enrich yourself with the diversified experiences...at least your working experiences...You're lucky that you can work in your relative's own company...Do you imagine if you don't have this chance, will you still be lucky enough to find your 1st job??? We will need to be adapted to the sociaty to be surviving especially the outer environment is soft. Be patient!!

You feel you don't learn much not completely because you are in your relative's company but mainly because of yourself ! you are not using your precious time efficiently. There are so much to learn either from book or experience. i bet you are not busy at this company, so why not use this opportunity to enhance your knowledge and academci skills for a future better chance in bigger companies? for example, self-teaching a new skill which may prove useful in other field or industry? There may be the possibility that you might learn more in other companies and may be not.

I think you should learn all that you can and try to find it where ever you are hired, before you look around for another. Ask all these questions and learn everything that you can from them and then you should quit after you learned all that you can. Good luck!

Hi,
You actually donot know 'what do you want','what's are ur priority, in life?' U have a job.Obstacles there are familiarity and no scope of continuing Ur studies--right?How do u anticipate that:-(1) U'll be getting a new job, of ur Liking?(2) There also this situation will not exist/arise?
So,settle in Ur present job and by settling only U can search for an opportunity(where it is possible to study).Maybe by changing departments?Asking for flexi-job timing etc?
